How do I process a Return or Refund?Updated 6 months ago

Before initiating a return, make sure the items are in new, unworn condition, with the original tags still attached. 

Return for Refund:
You have the option to return your items using your own preferred shipping method or take advantage of our easy return service incurring the full cost of the return label. If you'd like to ship it yourself, please send your return to the address below:

You can initiate your return through our Return Portal.

After you’ve shipped the items back, allow us 2-5 days to process your return once it arrives at our warehouse. You’ll receive a confirmation email, and the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Keep in mind that it might take another 3-5 days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.

Please Note - Shipping costs are not eligible for refund.
