How do I process an Exchange?Updated 10 months ago

Before initiating an exchange, make sure the items are in new, unworn condition, with the original tags still attached. 

You can initiate your exchange through our Return Portal.

From there, you can select the items you want to exchange and let us know what you'd like to receive instead. Once you've completed the process, we’ll provide you with a prepaid shipping label (if you’re in the U.S.).

Once we receive your package, we’ll process the exchange and ship the new items to you as quickly as possible. You’ll get a confirmation email with tracking info once your exchange is on its way!
