If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’ve got you covered. You can return your items within 30 days. 

Return New Items Only:
Returned items must be unwashed and in new, unworn condition without any scuffs, scratches, stains, tears, or hair and with the original hang tag attached.

Some Items Can’t Be Returned:

Please note, international orders and all clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return for Refund:
You have the option to return your items using your own preferred shipping method or take advantage of our easy return service incurring the full cost of the return label. If you'd like to ship it yourself, please send your return to the address below:

Exchanges:
We've got you covered - return shipping for exchanges is completely on us.

To create an exchange order, just initiate a return through our portal, and let us know which items you’d like to exchange for. Once we receive the original items, we’ll ship out the replacements. 

*Note* Customers who are either enrolled in our Essentials Club or have opted in for our Route Package Insurance at checkout are covered on return shipping.

For holiday orders placed between November 25th and December 25th, we extend the return window until January 31st.

If you ever run into an issue with the quality of our products, we guarantee our craftsmanship for 30 days after purchase, so you can return them with no questions asked.
