If for any reason your package has been marked as delivered and you are still not able to locate it, fear not you are fully covered as long as our Route Package Protection has been purchased at checkout. This insurance covers damage, loss, and theft. To begin the claim process please feel free to click HERE. At this time if our package insurance is not purchased at checkout, unfortunately we are not able to cover a replacement package/refund.
